Brittany believes that meaningful change happens when individuals feel seen, understood, and supported within a safe and authentic relationship. She approaches each client with the belief that every person has inherent dignity and worth. She believes each person is created in the image of God and seeks to honor their story with empathy and respect. She creates a space where clients can slow down, process their experiences, and gain clarity about who they are and what truly matters to them.
Brittany has a particular passion for helping people explore communication patterns, attachment styles, and the impact of past experiences on present relationships. She is especially drawn to walking alongside individuals in seasons of singleness, divorce, and those working through childhood or relational trauma. Her approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based practices, helping clients build emotional awareness, develop practical coping tools, and move toward greater alignment in how they think, relate, and live. She also desires to help clients explore questions of faith and spirituality in a way that is thoughtful, personal, and aligned with each client’s comfort level. With 5 years of experience working in vocational ministry, she understands the unique dynamics and pressures that come with ministry and has a heart for those serving in faith-based spaces. She also helps clients balance the demands of everyday life by bringing structure to what feels chaotic, developing sustainable rhythms, and managing time and responsibilities in a more intentional way.
Brittany sees clients on Wednesday evenings, Fridays, and Saturday mornings.
