Jonathan understands that humans are profoundly relational—we make sense of ourselves, others, and the world through connection. From our earliest moments, relationships shape our safety, resilience, and joy. When those connections feel strained or ruptured, it can deeply affect our emotional and physical well-being.
Jonathan believes that meaningful change happens within relationships, including the therapeutic one. He works to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges and pursue greater relational and emotional health. With curiosity and a collaborative spirit, Jonathan hopes to walk alongside clients as they move toward a more integrated, grounded, and flourishing way of being.
Jonathan sees clients Monday -Wednesday and Friday mornings. He offers evening appointments Monday and Wednesday.
