Lance LeBlanc, LMHCA

Many of us will find ourselves overwhelmed and stuck at some point in our lives– a place in which our current methods of navigating life don't work, and the uncertainty we face is too much to handle alone. As we consider the way forward, we need space to wrestle and a calm presence to support us. Lance believes safe relationships to be the most powerful tool for change and works very hard to ensure whoever walks through his door feels deeply understood and met exactly where they are.

Lance works with adults and couples, addressing issues like relationship and/or marital conflict, family-of-origin issues, spirituality, identity, abuse and trauma. In all of this, Lance holds a deep conviction of each person’s capacity for flourishing– he believes that your story and pain deserve honor, safety, and care, and hopes you’ll consider taking your next brave step toward healing and growth.

Mike Spencer

Since the mid-1980s, Mike has combined ministry with counseling for families, couples, and individuals of all ages, using his own life experiences to inform the guidance he provides. For example, having experienced the changes and challenges a marriage endures across decades, he is able to walk couples through the changes needed to remain faithful in a culture that tends to overvalue relational intimacy and undervalue marriage. While he has worked with families, couples, and individuals of all ages, Mike has a particular interest in helping people who have experienced complex developmental trauma, such as adoptive families and those who are currently in foster care. He also enjoys working with men who grapple with addictive thinking and behaviors, anxiety, and depression, as well as younger men who struggle to reconcile their life experiences with their faith. Mike also enjoys counseling church leaders. Mike worked with a group of churches to open a counseling center, helping with communications challenges, depression, anger, anxiety, parenting skills, addiction, and OCD.

Mike sees adult individuals, couples, teens, and youth.

Jonathan believes that addressing our present thoughts, emotions, and beliefs by looking at our past can change our future stories.
