Shelley’s has a varied background in community mental health, non-profits, private practice and academic settings. In all of her work, she has been committed to helping individuals and groups to transform. Oftentimes, the vulnerable moments where people reach out for help are some of the richest times of life. It takes courage to seek help and it is a wonderful and brave thing to do.
